real estate website developer that is known for its lead management system raised the bar yesterday with new lead management features that will help ensure a quicker lead response time from real estate agents.

Delta Media Group's lead management updates give real estate company admins the ability to automatically remove agents from the lead broadcast rotation if they do not follow up with leads. The system allows admins to customize the allotted time frames for agents to respond to leads. If agents do not respond to a lead within that time frame, they will be removed from the lead rotation. The system will notify agents if they have unprocessed leads or miss a lead.
Admins can use default lead notification messages or customize their own. Admins can also customize when to remove agents from lead broadcast notifications, and assign different time frames for agents who have not viewed the lead versus agents who have viewed the lead but not processed it.
Delta Media Group's lead management system already boasts one of the best lead conversion rates in the real estate industry (around 10 percent of leads off Delta Media Group real estate websites are converted to transactions). The new lead management updates should help bolster that even more.
